Overview
Interim HR Adviser, 3 months - Education Sector - Essex with hybrid working - £19 per hour. This is an exciting opportunity for an immediatley available HR Adviser to join a leading FE College based across Essex.
Responsibilities
* Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to all departments across the college.
* Supporting all employee relations queries including capability and conduct issues, grievance and disciplinary procedures.
* Working closely with the HR Associate to ensure that probations, absences and changes to contracts are tracked, recorded and processed.
* Taking a lead role in embedding the health & wellbeing strategy.
* Assisting the HR Business Partner in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics.
* Coaching, mentoring and offering advice to both your peers and junior employees.
Requirements
* You should be an experienced HR Generalist or an HR Adviser with a track record of dealing with complex employee relations issues, supporting managers with change projects and providing effective HR advice and guidance.
* You will have experience of working in a fast paced operational environment ideally within the education sector however this is not essential.
* You must be happy to travel between a couple of sites.
