Key Account Support Administrator

Location: Hybrid - Derby (DE24 8UJ) / Work from home

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

As a Key Account Support Administrator at Trinity — you’ll be at the centre of a partnership with a high-profile national client, ensuring their operations run flawlessly. This is a role where organisation, communication, and problem-solving translate into visible results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-moving, detail-critical work where every decision has impact. You’ll have the support of a skilled team, the opportunity to grow your client management expertise, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly shapes the success of a national operation.

This role is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This can be done on a hybrid basis, working from home and from our Derby office (DE24 8UJ).

The role of Key Account Support Administrator

In this role, you will be the operational heartbeat for a high-profile national client, owning scheduling, coordination, and data accuracy so SLAs and compliance land on time, first time. You’ll work at pace, keep stakeholders aligned.

What you'll be doing;

* Client & stakeholder management, serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication (via phone, email and digital channels) and translating client needs into actionable plans for delivery teams.

* Planning & scheduling, coordinate and track annual compliance requirements, reactive works, permits, and follow‑on actions through to completion.

* Continuous improvement, identify scheduling bottlenecks, data defects, and communicate to Contract Manager.

* Administrative tasks - uploading records to customer portals, keeping records accurate and up to date from point of contact through to invoicing

* Service Operations experience, working on customer portals and management systems.

* Computer literate, with the MS Office suite.
