Finance Assistant, Part Time, £12.08ph, Harrogate

Our client who are a charity are looking for a Finance Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department through providing day to day support with a range of sales ledger, cash management and general administration duties.
Skills Required:
* Previous experience within an Accounts support role
* Ability to work towards deadlines.
* Adaptable and proactive.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate including Excel.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Ledger - produce and distribute invoices.
* Input remittances to the Sales Ledger and allocate payment.
* Chase payment of overdue invoices.
* Manage the petty cash balances.
* Keep accurate records of receipts and payments.
* Monthly banking.
* Provide financial information to relevant departments.
* Taking calls and dealing with financial queries.
* Support on ad hoc projects.
