We are a well established city based law firm currently looking for a full time Receptionist/Legal Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
The job will include:
* Answering telephone calls/working a switchboard
* Computer skills (use of Word, Excel and case management software)
* Provide admin support to all fee earners
* Supporting accounts function
* Drafting letters and emailing
* Communicating with clients
* Online enquiries
* Assisting with online portal for legal work
The job requires
* Have an excellent telephone manner, be presentable and have a welcoming friendly nature.
* Be a team player, computer literate and enthusiastic. Previous experience would be desirable
