They’re now looking for an experienced Office Manager to take the lead in coordinating their small, close-knit team and keeping the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
* Lead, support, and motivate a small team.
* Manage HR administration and maintain personnel records.
* Process supplier invoices in Xero and assist with VAT preparation.
* Keep systems and processes organised while juggling multiple priorities.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience managing a team and running an office.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
* Experience using Xero (preferred).
* A positive, hands-on, team-oriented approach.
