Nursery Manager – Crowthorne, Berkshire (GU45)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our newly established nursery in Crowthorne, Berkshire (GU45).

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (DOE & qualifications)
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm | All Year Round

Your Role:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the nursery team
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety
* Manage nursery operations including budgets, staffing, and resources
* Deliver engaging and inclusive educational programmes
* Build strong partnerships with children, parents, staff, and the wider community
About You:
* Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
* Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards & safeguarding
* Proven success in Ofsted inspections (Good or Outstanding rating)
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Eligible to work in the UK
