Functional Skills Coach | Barnsley (1 day/week) Remote | £28,000–£32,000 | Permanent A training provider with a strong reputation in apprenticeship and vocational delivery is looking for a Functional Skills Coach to join their team on a permanent basis. Youll manage a caseload of up to 50 learners aged 16, delivering Maths and English through a blend of remote sessions and one day per week on-site in Barnsley — with a genuine focus on progress and outcomes rather than just compliance. This is a role for someone who understands adaptive teaching, knows how to work with learners facing real barriers, and wants to be part of a team that takes quality seriously.
