About The Role
Competitive Salary: Earn up to £32,169- £34,008 with growth potential.
Shifts we work: various shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating day and night schedule.
* 2 Set Pattern: Runs 4 x 12-hour shifts back-to-back – either Mon – Thurs or Tues – Fri.
* 4 Set (Continental) Pattern:12-hour shifts rotating between 4 days and 3 days each week. Every other weekend.

Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 2 years in a technical/mechanical role
* Clear understanding of performance targets
* Familiarity with day-to-day activities (housekeeping, H&S, recycling, energy efficiency)
* Good manual dexterity skills
* Proactive in solving technical/process issues
Desirable Criteria:
* Technical qualification in mechanical or production engineering
* Familiarity with plastics processing and extrusion experience
* Experience in TPM, preferably in a continuous processing environment
* Shift work experience (including nights and weekends)
