Person Specification:
Essential:
10. Minimum of two years' experience within the last five years in events management, or events and front-of-house roles.
11. High-level organisational skills, including planning and managing competing priorities.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and AV platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
13. Current working knowledge of an events booking/management system.
14. Experience with invoicing and using supporting systems.
15. Knowledge and experience of ISO or an equivalent quality management standard in a multi-functional environment.
16. Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport. Reasonable adjustments available for disabled applicants who are unable to drive.
Desirable:
17. Events management experience in a member-focused professional organisation or hospitality sector.
18. Current working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
19. Current working knowledge of Eventbrite.
