FAMILY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO GBP 60:80,000 (DOE). This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to join the highly regarded family law team of a well:established firm. Responsibilities
* You will handle a diverse and engaging caseload spanning complex marital finance matters, pre: and post:nuptial agreements, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, international relocation cases, and a broad range of children:related issues, providing support and guidance to clients navigating sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
* You will demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and a genuine passion for family law, along with a personable and empathetic manner. You should be able to deliver clear, practical legal advice with a proactive and flexible approach, while delivering outstanding client care.
* Additionally, you will be expected to meet agreed fee:earning targets while working with colleagues across the practice to promote the firm, contributing to business development initiatives, and supervising and developing team members where appropriate.
