* Liaise with external parties such as courts, social services, and other legal professionals.
* Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive specialising in family law with relevant practising certificate.
* Proven experience in handling family law cases from inception to resolution.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favourable settlements for clients.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse client needs.
