About the Role
We’re a creative content agency producing high-impact, short-form video across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Our focus is helping brands grow through content that feels native, relevant, and designed to drive real results, not just views.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can take campaigns from idea to execution. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, and has the creative instinct, strategic thinking, and technical skill to bring it to life.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London. You’ll play a key part in ideating content, running shoots, editing videos, and shaping the creative direction of our client work.
What You'll Do
* Develop short-form video concepts based on brand strategy, insights, and trends
* Write scripts, shotlists, and creative outlines that guide content production
* Film on-location and in-studio with professional equipment (camera, audio, lighting)
* Edit social-first content that’s native to each platform (fast-paced, high-retention)
* Collaborate with the wider team to align creative with client objectives
* Stay on top of content trends, platform updates, and new formats
* Continuously test and refine creative approaches to drive performance
What We’re Looking For
* Strong creative judgment- you know what works and what feels fresh
* Proven experience filming with professional equipment
* Skilled in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
* Strategic mindset- you think in terms of audience, objectives, and storytelling
* Clear communicator who can explain creative ideas with logic and confidence
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Bonus Points
* Experience directing creators, talent, or contributors
* Understanding of creative analytics and how to optimise for performance
* Personal projects or social channels that showcase your creativity
* Photography, graphic design, or motion graphics skills
