Eaton Syalon are supporting a key client with an exclusive opportunity for aITService Desk Analystto join their in-house IT team. This is a varied, hands on role where you will act as the first point of contact for all internal IT support queries, ensuring timely resolution and a high standard of service across the organisation.
The Role
You will support users across multiple sites, troubleshooting technical issues and keeping day to day operations running smoothly. This position would suit someone proactive, customer-focused and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone, email and ticketing systems
2. Log, prioritise and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues
