The Role As a full-time Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include: Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons Working with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning Providing additional support to pupils with varying needs, including SEN Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of resources Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons Monitoring and feeding back on pupil progress You will play an important role in creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
