Carers Information & Support Officer
Can you support unpaid Carers by assessing their needs?
N-compass is looking to recruit a Carers Information & Support Officer as part of the Staffordshire Together for Carers Service team. This role offers the opportunity to work from home within a busy and dynamic team. The position covers the Staffordshire area, with responsibilities including proactively identifying Carers, providing information, advice, and support, and assisting them in accessing services, peer support, and short break opportunities to reduce the impact of their caring role.
Use of a vehicle to travel regularly throughout Staffordshire is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent listening and communication skills, experience in sensitively discussing and gathering information from support-seeking individuals, and the ability to provide personalized 1-1 support to adults.
