Roles & Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in English Language and Literature
* Teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3 & KS4)
* Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Encouraging creativity, debate, and self-expression in your lessons
* Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning space
* Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community

What we’re looking for
* QTS with an English specialism (ECTs welcome!)
* Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
