About the Role
As an Internal Sales Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of Internal Sales Coordinators and Administrators, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of customer enquiries, quotations, and orders. You will play a key role inmaintainingstrong customer relationships, supporting operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across our sales processes.
Working closely with Operations, Logistics, and the wider Commercial team,you’llhelp ensure we deliver the best possible experience to our customers while contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Inthe Internal Sales Supervisor role, you will:
Lead,coach,and support the internal sales team to achieve daily,weekly,and monthly sales targets.
Ensureaccurateandtimelyprocessing of customer orders, quotations, and enquiries.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and resolve any escalated issues quickly and effectively.
Work collaboratively with operations and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery schedules.
Analysesales data toidentifytrends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support the ongoing development of your team.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Support the creation and execution of local sales plans and commercial strategies.About You
