Location: Commutable to South West London
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus
Benefits: Company car or allowance, pension & 25 days annual leave
Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday The role of the Contracts Supervisor - Commercial Roofing will involve:
* Contracts Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
* Carry out onsite visit to each of the sites under your area of responsibility for quality inspections
* Ensure that all operatives have been inducted and sub-contractors are being managed and have clear direction
* Ensure that health and safety procedures are adhered to
* Assisting with the pricing of variations
* Attend site meetings ensuring progress/variances are put in writing and copied to all relevant parties
* May have to carry out some snagging
* Working on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Supervisor - Commercial Roofing with:
* Must have Supervisor / Management experience within the roofing market sector
* Would consider Contracts Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Manager Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician
* CSCS card
* Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
* Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving license
