What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin. Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential home, with a track record of achieving outstanding quality ratings. Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Business acumen and marketing skills within the private care sector.
