As a vital member of the Business Development team, your role will focus on lead generation and market research, helping to uncover new business opportunities and support outbound sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads through CRM systems, software tools, and social media platforms. * Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities. * Monitor upcoming projects and relevant industry activity. * Collaborate with Outbound Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers. * Compile and present reports for senior management. * Maintain strong internal communication across departments. * Keep accurate records within the in-house CRM system.
