The processes at our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) are largely manual, involving many associates. A critical role is that of a Process Associate, who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by following standard work practices, with safety and quality in mind.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily shift operations, including:
o Administrative management of associates
o Job allocation to associates
o Monitoring and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety
o Monitoring counts and resolving queue issues
2. Ensure shift quality and develop action plans for improvements
3. Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates
4. Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at work stations
5. Serve as a stand-in for the Area Manager when needed
Basic Qualifications:
* Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

* Experience with Excel
