Full-time 12‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC) within our Marketing department at the Cambridge office, working on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office).

What you’ll be doing
* Create and refresh engaging marketing content for product launches and existing marketing material across neurology and oncology, including websites, brochures, press releases, emails and digital adverts.
* Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, brand‑aligned and compliant with industry regulations.
* Manage marketing communications plans, delivering consistent messaging across channels.
* Support product launches and cross‑functional campaigns with innovative communication strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive timely, high‑quality project delivery.
* Ensure all content meets accessibility and compliance requirements, resolving any issues proactively.
* Support the review and approval of promotional materials, including FDA 2253 submissions.
* Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and best‑practice sharing.
* Manage deadlines and prioritise workload independently, in line with business priorities.
Required skills and experience
* Degree‑level education or equivalent; CIM/CAM qualification or relevant industry experience.
* Proven experience in marketing or communications, ideally within pharma, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare.
* Strong scientific literacy with the ability to quickly understand new therapeutic areas and products.
* Strong, confident copywriting ability producing clear, compelling content with minimal editing.
* Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable skills
* Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar approval systems.
* Knowledge of FDA regulations or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
* Experience with FDA submission processes (e.g., 2253 filings).
