You will handle a diverse caseload of complex, high-value property disputes and work collaboratively with specialist teams across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload covering landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and development-related conflicts.Advise on residential possession matters and housing law, ensuring strong knowledge of relevant statutory regulations.Provide guidance on long residential leases including:Lease extensionsFreehold enfranchisementRights of first refusalRight to manage company arrangementsWork closely with commercial and residential property teams to provide seamless in-house support.Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties to secure the best possible outcomes.Keep up to date with changes in property and contract law to ensure proactive and accurate advice.Contribute to the continued development and success of the team through professional engagement and business development awareness.RequirementsQualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales.Ideally 3+ years' PQE in property litigation and experience handling commercial contract disputes.Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills.Able to balance independence with strong team collaboration.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
