Acting as an extension of the Director of Strategy & Operations, you will provide structure, momentum and cross‑organisational coordination to key programmes, governance cycles and leadership activities. Your Role The role provides operational leadership, delivery assurance, coordination and strategic support across Strategy & Operations, acting as a force‑multiplier for the Director and a key liaison with the HR Director to support “Right People, Right Skills, Right Time, Right Place” initiative. It ensures alignment, governance discipline, foresight, progress tracking and cross‑functional collaboration. • Governance & Delivery Assurance – drive Strategy Execution Plan and Operations BAU milestone tracking, surface risks, validate updates, ensure disciplined coordination. • Prioritisation and Action Management – prioritise Operations demands, prepare briefings, oversee action follow‑through, remove obstacles. • Stakeholder Engagement – coordinate across Operations, Finance, HR, Communications, Delivery, Growth and the wider business. • Planning & Forward Coordination – shape reporting cadences, leadership rhythms, and high‑value meetings, working with other teams. • Data, Insights & Performance – support creation and maintenance of metrics, dashboards and executive reporting. • Culture & Behaviours – role‑model professionalism, judgement, confidentiality and inclusive behaviours. Transferrable Skills and Experience: • Strong project/programme management foundations. • Familiar with HR processes eg recruitment. • Experience supporting Director‑level or C‑suite stakeholders. • Confident in handling sensitive information • Skilled in cross‑functional coordination and governance This role requires candidates to hold or willing to undergo a high level of security clearance prior to commencing the role.
