Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; responsible for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote safety throughout all activities.
* Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution among project stakeholders.
* Providing professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing project procedures and guidance to deliver exemplary DM services.
* Developing strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system integration and effective document management.
* Providing regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as required by the project or contract.
* Maintaining confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project security standards.
