At Hounsome Fields Primary School, we’re looking for a passionate, proactive Officer Manager to join our vibrant, expanding team as we open our doors in September 2025. This is your chance to play an integral role in shaping our school culture and community from the very start!
Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, conscientious, and ambitious School Office Manager who has a passion for working in a small school. You will lead our friendly and supportive Administration Team, providing operational support on all matters relating to Finance, HR, Admissions, Lettings, and Premises.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent operational management skills, outward-looking, proactive, and solution-focused
* Solid business skills with understanding of operational management and finance in a school or similar organization
* Ability to add value across functions, including HR, facilities, procurement, income generation, and Health & Safety
* Effective line management of premises-related roles
* Ability to manage and ensure quality in facilities management, premises, and catering
* Big-picture thinking with attention to detail
* Organized, able to multi-task, communicate efficiently, and meet deadlines
