A Role With Purpose
As a Senior Care Professional, you’ll be a reassuring presence in the field — offering guidance, encouragement, and leadership to Care Professionals while continuing to deliver hands‑on care yourself. You’ll work closely with the Registered Care Manager, helping ensure care remains safe, personal, and consistently high‑quality.
This is a role where your voice matters, your experience is trusted, and your care sets the tone for others.
Around half of your time will be spent delivering care directly to clients, keeping you connected to what truly matters, while the rest focuses on mentoring, quality checks, and supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations.

You’ll also represent the service in the community with pride, professionalism, and compassion — helping build trust with clients, families, and colleagues alike.
You’ll Be Fully Supported
You won’t be expected to step into this role alone. You’ll complete a comprehensive 12‑week induction and onboarding programme, designed to help you feel confident, capable, and supported.
