Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Carlisle for an Estates Supervisor. The Estates Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of estate facilities, ensuring maintenance, repairs, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include managing and supporting a team of maintenance staff, scheduling and supervising maintenance tasks, conducting site inspections, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves liaising with clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of activities and compliance checks.

* Facility maintenance and management expertise, including knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Team leadership and supervision skills, with the ability to manage staff and coordinate tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Effective communication skills for client liaison and team collaboration.
* Familiarity with compliance procedures, documentation, and record-keeping practices.
* Proficiency with maintenance-related tools, equipment, and basic IT systems.
* Previous experience in estates or facilities supervision is highly desirable.
* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in estates or maintenance work is advantageous.
