The Role
You will handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, with a primary focus on residential disputes, while also gaining exposure to more complex commercial property litigation.
Typical work will include:
* Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (including possession, disrepair, and tenancy issues)
* Boundary and rights of way disputes
* Service charge and leasehold enfranchisement matters
* Claims relating to restrictive covenants and easements
* Contentious property issues arising from developments and acquisitions
* Supporting senior colleagues on complex commercial property disputes
About You
You will be a skilled property litigator with a solid grounding in contentious property matters and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE in property litigation
* Experience handling residential property disputes is essential
* Exposure to or interest in commercial property litigation work is desirable
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
