We're now looking for a Purchasing & Procurement Apprentice to join our close‐knit Procurement team of five.
What You'll Be Doing
In this varied and fast‐paced role, you'll support our Procurement Supervisor with day‐to‐day purchasing activities, including:
* Obtaining prices for project and corporate purchases
* Supporting supplier prequalification and documentation updates
* Creating, issuing and amending purchase orders
* Processing order confirmations and updating delivery dates
* Expediting orders to ensure suppliers deliver on time
* Working with approved, preferred and nominated suppliers — and helping source new ones as needed
