About The Role
The Corporate & Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and well‑organised operation of all office environments across the business. This role oversees facilities management, health & safety, lease compliance, ESG reporting, corporate administration, and risk management. The Corporate & Office Manager acts as a central coordination point for cross‑functional projects, working closely with the CFO, HR, CEO, and external partners. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a foundation in legal/contract review are essential.
What You Will Do
Facilities & Office Management
Oversee all office facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
Manage fulfilment of lease obligations (e.g., maintenance, inspections, landlord liaison).
Lead health & safety compliance across locations, including risk assessments, incident reporting, fire safety, and training.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning workplace environment (including kitchen, communal areas, meeting rooms).
Manage office supplies, equipment, access controls, and service contracts (cleaning, utilities, security).
Organise filing systems (physical and digital), corporate documents, and administrative records.
Corporate Administration
Maintain structured internal documentation repositories, ensuring accessibility and version control.
Coordinate corporate communications, announcements, and general administrative activities.
Support vendor onboarding, invoice processing related to office operations, and contract renewals (e.g., insurance, service providers).
ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Coordination
Lead on ESG data collection and consolidation for internal and external reporting.
Work with internal teams to gather environmental, social, and governance metrics.
Support preparation of ESG disclosures, audits, assessments, and board‑level reporting.
Risk Management
Create, maintain, and update the corporate risk register.
Work with the CFO and functional leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate organisational risks.
Produce regular risk reports for executive and board review.
Legal & Contract Support
Review and comment on legal documents such as office leases, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
Coordinate with external counsel for specific legal matters as needed.
Maintain records of contracts, notices, renewals, and key obligations.
Project Management (Office & Corporate Initiatives)
Lead or support ad hoc cross‑functional projects, including office moves, openings, closures, or reorganisations.
Manage timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and communications for relevant projects.
Work closely with the CFO, HR, and CEO on strategic corporate initiatives.
HR & Leadership Collaboration
Partner with HR on onboarding logistics, office-related policies, and people initiatives.
Support culture-building activities, internal events, and employee experience improvements.
Work directly with the CEO and CFO on company-wide priorities and operational enhancements.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in office management, corporate administration, or operations roles.
Strong understanding of facilities management and health & safety compliance.
Comfort working with legal documents and ability to review/comment on leases and contracts.
Experience in ESG reporting or willingness to develop capabilities in this area.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Strong project management capabilities, including cross-functional leadership.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern workplace digital tools.
