This specialist SEMH school provides a calm, supportive and highly structured learning environment for primary and secondary:aged pupils with autism and associated needs, including ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs and behavioural challenges. With a strong emphasis on personalised learning and high expectations, pupils are supported to develop independence, emotional regulation, life skills and positive learning behaviours. Position Details:
* Role: SEMH Teacher (Primary and Secondary)
* Salary: M1:UPS3 teacher scale
* Hours: Monday:Friday, 08:15am : 4:30pm
* Teaching primary and secondary SEMH learners

* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
* Supporting pupils with SEMH, autism and associated needs
* Creating a safe, structured and positive classroom environment
* Promoting emotional regulation, resilience and confidence
* Working closely with clinical staff and wider school teams

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching or supporting SEMH/ASC learners (desirable)
* Calm, resilient and empathetic approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
* Passion for supporting vulnerable learners to succeed
