Forge Talent is working with a growing organisation in North Manchester who are looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst with a sharp commercial mindset and the ability to influence at a senior level. This role sits at the core of business performance combining strategic finance, business partnering, and high-level analysis. You’ll play a key part in turning numbers into action and helping shape financial decisions that actually move the needle. You’ll join a fast-paced, supportive finance function that values insight, communication, and improvement. Responsibilities:
* Own the month-end reporting cycle for key divisions — clear, timely, and insight-led
* Business partner with senior ops teams to support financial performance and drive accountability
* Analyse variances, track KPIs, and help teams understand their numbers (and what to do with them)
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across your area
* Work closely with Business Intelligence to bring data to life through dashboards and automation
* Constantly push to improve reporting, analysis, and how finance supports the wider business
What we’re looking for:
* Part or fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Strong FP&A / management accounting experience
* Advanced Excel skills, confident with data manipulation and visualisation
* Clear communicator with the confidence to influence stakeholders and challenge where needed
* Bonus points for experience with Power BI or Access Dimensions, but not essential
