Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre
Immediate start available for candidates interested in joining our contact centre team. The role is based on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis, including one Saturday morning every six weeks (9am - 1pm).

About the Role

You will work within a team of passionate customer service professionals, where teamwork and communication are fundamental. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with booking appointments, providing information about services, discussing contracts, and making amendments.
