A well-established precision engineering company is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their manufacturing team. The business produces high-precision components for technically demanding industries and operates a modern, well-equipped machine shop. This role will involve programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing complex components to tight tolerances while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. CNC Miller Role: Permanent, Full-time Location: Oxfordshire, commutable from Oxford, Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Banbury & Swindon Salary: £. Competitive Benefits CNC Miller Responsibilities · Program, set and operate CNC milling machines. · Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings. · Produce components to tight tolerances. · Create tooling layouts and setup documentation. · Inspect completed components using measurement equipment. · Maintain high standards of quality and productivity. · Support continuous improvement within the machine shop. CNC Miller Requirements · Proven experience programming and operating CNC milling machines. · Experience with 3, 4 or 5-axis machining. · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. · Experience producing parts to tight tolerances. · Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling. · Positive and reliable approach to work.
