Requirements
* Expert knowledge of the Base product or similar SaaS e-commerce platfor
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent work organisation and the ability to work independently
* Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
* Experience in the e-commerce and/or SaaS industry is a significant plus
* Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Enterprise clients
* Providing comprehensive customer service for Enterprise accounts, including troubleshooting and technical support related to our product
* Managing a dedicated client portfolio
* Proficiency in using various e-commerce systems and tools
