Job Description:
This is a permanent, tax-free position based in Dubai, offering a net salary of £100,000 plus benefits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Act as the company's subject matter expert for risk-based inspection (RBI), integrity management, and materials & corrosion of fixed equipment and piping.
* Define and implement RBI or integrity programs at a chemical plant or refinery.
* Interact with jurisdictional agencies and company management.
* Drive improved effectiveness of the company's inspection procedures.
* Train and develop inspectors technically.
* Lead the implementation of new inspection practices and ensure adherence to existing procedures.
* Communicate learnings and incidents across sites, industry bodies, and the company.
Candidate Experience:
* Lead or Senior Inspection Engineer
* Inspection Group Leader or Manager
* Site or central Materials, Corrosion, Mechanical, or Maintenance/Plant Engineer
* Engineer on a Major Project (>$100M USD)
* Senior Inspection Engineer
* QA Manager on Major Project
* Reliability or Fixed Equipment Engineer
* Inspection Section Supervisor
