* Maximise revenue from existing customers through cross‑selling and identifying additional product/service needs.
* Convert leads from field engineers, inbound calls, emails, and web live‑chat into quotable opportunities.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and support the wider sales team with essential sales administration.
