Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload, focusing on Expert Witness and Deputyship work.
* Advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.
* Handle applications to the Court of Protection.
* Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value cases.
Qualifications
* Up to 3 years' PQE with experience in Court of Protection work.
* Strong knowledge of funding options and welfare issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
