role will have prior experience working with children and a background in sports or physical activities is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities of the Sports Coach: Support pupils with BTEC Level 2 First Award, Level 3 Sports Coaching and Development and Extended Certificate Year 2 Assist teachers in planning and delivering sports sessions tailored to the needs of the pupils Encourage pupil participation and promote positive behaviour during sports and outdoor education Help with the setup, supervision, and safe use of sports equipment and outdoor spaces Support pupils' physical, social, and emotional development through structured activities Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to meet individual pupil needs Maintain records of pupil participation and progress in sports activities Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils during physical activities Requirements for the Sports Coach: Eligibility to work in the UK Recent experience working with children within the last two years is essential Excellent knowledge of the curriculum and assessment frameworks Ability to provide two professional references from recent roles working with children Hold a current DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one What Exclusive Education offers: Competitive pay rates Direct links to local schools Dedicated consultants available 24/7 to support your employment needs Commitment to quality, safeguarding, and compliance Fast and efficient clearance process If you are interested in this
