Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work as part of our Logistics team as a reliable and skilled multi-drop fuel driver to support our operations.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver ordered materials to job sites, manage delivery schedules, and ensure materials are handled safely.
* Load and unload materials carefully to prevent damage.
* Conduct pre- and post-delivery vehicle inspections, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
* Communicate with site managers prior to or during deliveries to confirm specifications and resolve any issues.
* Keep accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and any discrepancies.
* Manage stock levels at the depot to minimize inventory on hand.
* Ensure the company’s duty of care is upheld for all waste streams returned and/or generated at the depot.
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of a Class 2 Licence
* A valid Driver CPC
* A clean driving record
* Strong communication skills
