Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking)

We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems with a calm, positive mindset. You’ll be supporting franchise partners across Europe — responding to queries, coordinating resolutions, and making sure everyone feels supported and set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing
Helping franchise owners with queries via phone, email and internal systems.
Logging enquiries accurately and following up with the right internal teams/suppliers.
Making sure open issues are resolved efficiently — and with great communication.
Spotting patterns or trends in issues and flagging them to the wider team.
Coordinating small updates to franchise information and systems.
Being a friendly, supportive point of contact for everyday operational questions. What’s In It For You

Customer service or support experience
Experience within franchise, retail or supply chain environments
