The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for promoting the company and training services, through a variety of channels, to engage individuals to enrol onto various employability related training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain a student engagement strategy and schedule of activities
Promotion of training services to all relevant stakeholders
Develop & maintain the companys network of referral partners (Job Centre, Probation, etc)
Develop & maintain the companys referral partner database
Maintain regular contact with local stakeholders
Attendance at all relevant networking meetings
Engage with employers & recruitment agencies to identify learner employment progression opportunities
Liaise and communicate with other team members to ensure learner progress
Managing online advertising, and updating the vacancy management system
Work to monthly targets based on the generation of learner referrals
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications required:
Expert communicator both written and verbally
Good marketing skills
Excellent skills
Experience of Social Media Marketing
Experience of creating marketing campaign materials
Proven ability to deliver work to a high standard
