We are looking for an experienced care professional who can lead the day-to-day operations of our supported living services in Glasgow. This role will support the Registered Manager and lead a team of support workers.

Your Role
* Lead and motivate a team of support workers
* Ensure high standards of person-centered care
* Support recruitment and staff development through supervisions and interviews
* Communicate effectively with staff, external professionals and the people we support
* Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
