We are currently assisting a reputable dealership in Exeter, Devon, to recruit a highly skilled Selling Sales Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a busy, customer-focused team and play a pivotal position in managing and driving vehicle sales.

Duties of a Sales Controller:
9. Managing sales processes and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
10. Leading the sales team to meet and exceed targets
11. Conducting detailed vehicle presentations and upselling where appropriate
12. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
13. Ensuring compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Requirements of the Sales Controller:
14. Proven experience in motor trade sales, ideally as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or similar position
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills
16. A strong understanding of automotive retail processes
17. Target-driven with a professional and customer-focused approach
18. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
