We’re looking for a Operational Readiness Programme Lead to join our European New Product Introduction team. In this role you will oversee the effective introduction of new products in the European Business through leading, planning, organizing, tracking, and reporting responsibilities.

What you’ll do:
5. You will develop the overall project plan for new product introduction, ensuring accountability of contributing functions for plan deliverables.
6. Acting as the central point for programme calls you will lead cross-functional teams and address challenges and misalignments in the plan.
7. You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of all new products, and serve as the authoritative source for all information related to new products, encompassing tasks such as generating reports and designing dashboards to monitor aspects like availability, on-hire status, in-service status and other conditions of the newly introduced products.
8. You will collaborate with regional operations, sales, and administration teams to identify and resolve blockers or challenges, aiming for increased revenue from the new product fleet.
9. You will focus on customer needs, collaborating with various teams such as sales, pricing, marketing, product management, fleet, and operations to establish current and future requirements. Also, you will specialise in understanding the risks associated with new product documentation, ensuring compliance with Aggreko HSE policies, and contributing to continuous improvement processes.

14. You will be business fluent in English, additional languages are desirable.
