Automotive Service Advisor vacancy in Swindon
Customer Service Advisor needed in the Swindon area for a Commercial Vehicle client.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch
Every third Saturday mornings 8.00 am to 12 noon.
Holiday:
Holiday is 20 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays. Increase with time served
Salary:
28k negotiable depending on experience
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team to deliver a high standard of service to all our customers. You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.
This is a busy hands-on role, which offers wide range of duties such as:
1. Planning of schedule servicing
2. MOT bookings
3. Job creation
4. Obtaining and updating of order numbers
5. Liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced.
Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure. You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.
For this Customer Service Advisor position you will have:
6. Ideally previous experience working as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
7. Full driving licence
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Excellent Customer Service skills
