 
        
        Responsibilities
 * Ensure that all ordered goods are dispatched to consumers from the warehouse in good condition and in a timely manner.
 * Process inbound deliveries.
 * Ensure all health and safety aspects of the warehouse are adhered to.
 * Provide additional administration support for the Consumer Care team where required.
 * Pick, pack & post goods issue spare parts for delivery, including point of sale orders from retailers.
 * Pick, pack and book in DHL deliveries for ROI customers.
 * Place orders for technicians on SAP and coordinate pick up for their PUDO.
 * Check stock, book in and put away deliveries from suppliers.
 * Process customer returns in SAP if needed.
 * Source and obtain general office stationery and supplies.
 * Attend Health and Safety meetings where required and enforce local actions.
 * Carry out regular Health and Safety checks in line with business guidelines.
 * Provide general administrative support.
 * Other duties as required by the Consumer Care Team Leader & Consumer Care Manager.
Qualifications
 * PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
 * Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
 * Experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused role.
 * Experience of using business operating systems e.g. SAP, CRM an advantage.

 * Ability to execute fast accurate and professional results handing multiple tasks and assignments.
 * The ability to recognize pressing issues and resolve immediately or escalate to enable smooth business function.
 * The ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanour at all times, even when dealing with customer conflict.
 * Ability to undertake a physical workload and awareness of manual handling requirements.
