We’re looking for a Foreman to join our KierBAM team based in Plymouth - Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Location: Plymouth - Devonport Royal Dockyard, Hours: 39 hours per week.

KierBAM is a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall, currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required, which can take up to 8 weeks. Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a live MOD facility, leading a dedicated team to deliver construction activities safely and to the highest standards.
What will you be responsible for?
* Directing and overseeing daily work activities of the crew, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity.
* Ensuring construction operations and materials comply with Kier and Client safety, health, environment and wellbeing requirements.
* Controlling short and medium-term programmes to ensure timely and economical completion.
* Coordinating with the Construction Manager and Site Agent regarding construction activities, materials, equipment and workforce needs.
* Maintaining accurate records of site activities, resources and material compliance whilst inspecting completed work to meet project requirements.
What are we looking for?
* Enrolled onto or hold a Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision.
* Hold a valid SSSTS qualification.
* Possess a CSCS Gold Supervisors card.
* Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams on construction sites.
