What are we looking for?

* Enrolled onto or hold a Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision.
* Hold a valid SSSTS qualification.
* Possess a CSCS Gold Supervisors card.
* Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams on construction sites.

Making Kier a diverse and inclusive place to work is a huge priority for us. Our employees are key in shaping Kier’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and our people have made a huge impact on how we work, by using their experiences to shape our policies.

As a Disability Confident employer, we will ensure that a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants that meet the minimum criteria for this role will be offered an interview.

Due to the nature of this role and the nature of the work at this site, you will be required to complete a Government Security Check (SC) Clearance, which takes place during/before your employment, and is conducted by the Cabinet Office's United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) agency who set out a pre-requisite criteria including residency history.
