Recruitment AdvisorSub Department: HR RecruitmentLocation: St Johns CampusSalary: £31,236 to £37,694Post Type: Full-TimeContract Type: PermanentClosing Date: Wednesday 27 May 2026Interview Date: Thursday 04 June 2026Reference: HR2605Were looking for a collaborative and proactive Recruitment Advisor to help shape how we attract, select and welcome new colleagues who make our community thrive.In this role, youll work closely with recruiting managers across the University, guiding them through fair, transparent and inclusive recruitment. Youll support every stage of the processfrom crafting adverts and advising on job descriptions, to shortlisting, interviewing and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Youll also contribute to the development of our recruitment brand, improve processes and systems, analyse recruitment data, and help us continually enhance the service we provide.
